Throne Room

When you enter the throne room, the first thing you see is the beautiful deep blue decorations - from the carpet leading to the thrones, to the royal crests and insignias that mark the kingdom's place of power, to the banners that cascade gently from the roof. And then you see it - the four thrones, all of them occupied. From left to right, you see King Njord, Queen Kseniya, Queen Xenia and lastly King Gabriel. You take a breath and push forward. The Kings and Queens are busy people - you best state your business soon, else it be too late to help you.

Njord and Kseniya

King Njord of Tourvaille - Former Asarian - "Be a lover, not a fighter. But always fight for what you love." Message Me  - 17:57, June 6, 2017 (UTC) He was sitting on his throne, listening to an ambassador from Menciunvaras drone on and on about how Tourvaille must help them in their never-ending war with Asar. His head was on his hand, his elbow on the armrest of his throne as this ambassador continued with his speech about how evil Asar was

Kseniya Talnika - tourvaillean queen • wanderlusting erudite - "we're both the same, half in the shadows, half burned in flames," Message Me  - 18:17, June 6, 2017 (UTC) Kseniya was struggling to keep the pleasant smile on her face as the ramble progressed, resting her head against the back of her throne and suppressing a heavy sigh. It was all she could do to grace the nonsense with the occasional non-committal nod.

When would this guy finish rambling? She didn't know, but hopefully it would be soon, before Njord lost his calm.

"I think it's best if you leave." Her tone was precarious and words chosen fairly deliberately. "We've heard you out, as we do everyone, and we will consider your request in due time."

Njord was far less diplomatic about this than Kseniya had hoped, but then again, Njord was naturally no diplomat. That was what she and Gabriel were for.
